Bloomsbury Lane specializes in kits to grow botanicals in your own garden and then use them to infuse into natural bath, body and hair products. The identity and packaging reflect the key points of the products and the company; natural, exquisite, hand made, feminine and unique.
Bloomsbury is an affluent neighbourhood in London comprised of Universities and Colleges of Medicine and Arts. Some of its famous residents have been Charles Darwin, Dickens, the Darling family and Virginia Woolf. Virginia was apart of a club called the Bloomsbury Group, a influential group of writers, intellectuals, philosophers and artists, sharing ideas about society, modern feminism, and sexuality. Through the Bloomsbury Group she met and began an affair with Vita Sackville-West who was most famous for developing Sissinghurts Castle Gardens with her husband Harold Nicolson, author and diplomat. Vita was an author, poet and gardener and wrote a gardening column for The London Observer for many years. Each item is named after her many different Lovers. Letters written to and from them as well as photos are included on the packaging.
